It took almost exactly 30 hours door-to-door, but we have finally made it safely to Brisbane. Our flights were fine and the customs and immigration process was easy and efficient. We arrived at our hotel at around 8:30 a.m. and, miraculously, they had a room available for us. We have napped and showered and are heading out to explore the area around our hotel a bit.
